Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Returns Period

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on final sale items.

  • There is no restocking fee.

Return Fee

  • All returns are subject to a £8.00 flat-rate return fee, which covers shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

  • This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order for a full automatic refund at any time before it reaches our warehouse.

  • Once your order status shows “In Warehouse”, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Orders that have reached the warehouse must follow our Refunds & Returns Procedure.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, we will gladly:

  • Offer an exchange, or

  • Issue a full refund, including return costs.

Please contact our Returns Department promptly and follow the procedures outlined in our Refunds & Returns Process.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are unable to cancel your order and wish to return it:

  • You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

  • Items must be returned unopened and in original condition.

  • A Proof of Postage must be obtained and retained until your refund is confirmed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned items.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
